When we charge you?
Fees are charged annually at the beginning of each fiscal year, with payments due quarterly in equal amounts in that financial year. This means that you can terminate our accounting and tax service at any time during the financial year prior the next quarterly amount is due without further charges. If you terminate our services before the end of a financial year, we will not attend to the year end financial and tax reporting for that financial year.

ADDITIONAL feeS for extra SERVICES / DOCUMENT
SMSF accounting and tax return costs depends on the complexity of your financial situation. Below is a list of additional fees for: -

Set-up new SMSF: once-off fee for set-up of new SMSF (including SMSF trust deed and associated documentation). SMSF with individuals as trustees | $600 |
SMSF with Corporate trustee. | $1,380 |
Change of trustee/ director and/or member: Appointment/ removal of trustee/ director and/or membership deed and documentation. If updating the fund deed at the same time, an additional fee of $270 applies. | $400 |
Real property borrowing arrangement (bank loan). – Set-up of LRBA Security/ bare trust, LRBA Corporate trustee: Real property borrowing structure (Security/ bare trust deed, incorporation of a new trustee company and associated documentation). The documentation is accepted by all major banks and lenders. In the unlikely event that amendments are requested by a lender, no additional fee will apply for us to arrange for the amendments. | $1,590 |
Real property borrowing arrangement (related-party loan): – Set-up of LRBA Security/ bare trust, LRBA Corporate trustee – LRBA related party loan agreement, complies with PCG2016/5 Where the loan is from a related party, the related party loan agreement will meet the requirements of PCG2016/5 (ATO safe harbour). | $2,360 |
